January Week 1 Hours/Distance: Not Even Close

A cold sidelined me most of the week.  School also started and I’m teaching almost every day.  The schedule gets more crazy this week when all my classes kick in.  I teach four night classes Monday – Thursday.  These classes are in addition to the three day classes I teach on MWF.  I teach right next to my gym so I can get creative with my workouts.  Tentative schedule:

Mondays and Wednesdays: Teach 10am to 11am.  Strength workout 11:15am to noon.  Spin class noon to 12:45.  1pm back at school for the rest of the day and night. I could add a morning workout if needed.

Tuesdays/Thursdays:  Only teach night class (6pm).  All morning and afternoon to train.

Friday: Only teach 10am to 11am. 

Below is this past week.  Due to the cold, I took a couple days off to rest.  I tried to swim today but opted just to do a strength workout.  Prepping for school tomorrow consumed my day so my run was canceled.
