
Teaching seven classes this semester, of which four are night classes (M-TR). My teaching load is two more classes than a regular full-time professor. This has made finding training time a challenge. On M/W I don't teach until 10am, so I can get to the gym in the morning. I haven't been able to do that yet since I'm still prepping lesson plans. I do have a long lunch break so I've been taking a spin class and running during my lunch break. T/TR I don't teach until a night class so those are my swimming and running days.
My training volume and intensity is severely lacking. Below are the % change in hours and miles thus far into 2013 (compared to same time frame in 2012):
Swim: Duration = +24.14% Distance = +25.76%
Bike/Spin: Duration = +45% Distance = +128%
Mountain Bike: Duration = -51.35% Distance = -52%
Running: Duration = +71.43% Distance = +92%
Strength Training: Duration = +40.35%
