First Month Of Training Complete

Technically training started November 25, however it's a laid back approach the first month.  I schedule the typical 12 hours a week but rarely get close.  Adding to the drop in hours was a 10-day vacation in Hawaii.  I did eat like a pig during this trip but also managed to get in 15 miles of running and 4 miles of hiking.  Also does golf count?  How about lying on the beach?

Today I did my first spin class in many many months.  I can get better workouts on my training but there is no motivation to ride on my trainer.  More motivated to drive to the gym and attend a spin class.  I guess I should do whatever gets me on the saddle.

With the end of the holidays approaching, my training focus will tighten.  The first semester of 2014 will be a challenge as I'm teaching 7-class at three different universities.  I have a hard time saying no to classes since I really enjoy teaching and it's not overly stressful.  Just very time consuming.
