Struggling

Struggling to keep up with my training routine.  I've been staying up way too late so by the time the evening rolls around, I'm exhausted.  I think I've been awake until 3am every night this week.  Tough to goto the gym at 6am when you stay up that late.  I just don't get tired until then.  I have bouts of insomnia but it's been awhile since I've experienced it. I guess it's showing it's ugly face right now.

Today's workout is rather light and I'm motivated to doing it.  Well, I'm committed to doing it.  Motivation is not quite there yet.  My girl bought me some movies for Christmas so I'll throw them in and pedal my little heart out.  Anyways, here's the workout from Mr.Hunter:
Be sure to do 1.25hours on the trainer-

10 minutes warm-up and then do 10 one leg pedaling intervals – 1 minute each leg.

Then 15 minutes easy, and then

do 10 x 1 minute fast pedaling keeping cadence over 100, but watts below 290,

with 2 minutes recovery between each.

Finish with 10 minutes at watts of 260-270, and cadence in the 85-95 range.

Cool-down 15 minutes easy spinning
