Week of 12/20

Not a bad week.  I was consistent with the weight workouts, which I guess is the easiest one to motivate for.  Did complete the two hard trainer workouts.  I am impressed with Hunter's workouts thus far. I also managed to get in some running.  I did miss Sunday's workout due to zero sleep that night.  For some reason I was up all night.  I ended up just meeting my girl at the mall and doing some shopping at 8am.  I eventually took a nap and slept through all the good football games.
