I did the cadence workout (see a couple posts below) and grossly under-estimated the intensity of the gears 39-15 at 90+ RPMS. I thought the 53:19 gearing at 50-60rpm would be the hard part. The workout said to ignore wattage which I did. I did cut the warm-up/cool-down short, thus the reason for only 40 minutes. Still, I think I may have missed some intervals when inputting this workout into my Garmin. I may have still been short some time.
I definitely feel out of shape, but I feel out of shape if I miss one day.
