Blog Updated

As you can see I've made some updates to my blog.  The most obvious is the addition of a banner.  Not 100% sure I like this particular banner, but it may work for now.  I also changed the font color and increased the size of the font slightly.  There are also 'tags' located on the right side bar.   That should help single out specific posts.  I had to go through endless number of posts and add tags to each.  That took some time.  Been a long time since I used CSS code so it takes a bit for me to update it.
