Crossing My Fingers

Last night I finally had my LBS do a cleat fitting.  I don't know if I've mentioned this in other posts, but I've been suffering from numb toes REALLY bad, especially in my right foot.  The LBS changed my insole to a Specialized insole and added a couple of wedges.  They also moved my left leg cleat back.  I haven't ridden on it yet, but I am optimistic.  Tomorrow I ride Robinettes again, hopefully I am cured of this numbness.

Also, my training plan calls for a speed workout tonight. Since I'm riding tomorrow, I am not going to workout tonight.  Also, I did not really do any ride on Tuesday night since that was my cleat fitting.  I was on the trainer for 15 minutes, but don't think that really counts.
