I've updated the spreadsheet on www.teamgupster.com Not much changes just cleaned it up. Changes:
- Added a 7 day diary. I created a page that has four days on one side, three on the other with a weekly summary section. I found the the two day diary was just too much space, so I condensed it.
- I added comments to the cells to better explain each section. Look for the red triangle.
- I've shrunk some of the pages so they fit on one page.
- I added the table from Friel's book that shows how many hours you should plan for each week, based off of your annual hours training.
- I'm sure there were some other tweaks.
Any suggestions, let me know.
