Weekly Workout

My teaching schedule has me running around a lot to different campuses, so my training time has suffered during the week.  I also went through a bad case of insomnia over the past couple weeks that caused me to sacrifice my morning strength/swimming workouts.  Insomnia is something I've dealt with my entire life.  Some people say they have insomnia because they can't sleep.  It's more than that.  It's your body not shutting down.  Not wanting sleep.  No matter what you do, sleep is not an option.  Yet you don't have the energy to do anything.  It's so frustrating.  The only choice is light medication and wait for it too pass.

I'm thinking it has passed so time to set a high target for training hours.  I've also set some minimal training time for each sport so I can adjust to work and health. (Today's boxes are read because I haven't worked out yet).
