Ouch!

First fall of the season and it was a good one.  While mountain biking, I was doing a mock race, thus moving pretty quick.  Front wheel went off the trail slightly and hit something that stopped the wheel instantly.  Unfortunately, my body kept going and over the bars I went.  Normally not too much of an issue, but at 18mph it caused some damage.  First, my front wheel is bent.  Second, I received a one inch puncture wound on my right arm thanks to a stick I landed on.  It was rather gross pulling the stick out and I started to get really dizzy from the pain.  I was able to slowly get back to my car and clean up the wound.  Was still bleeding pretty good, but I thought I could sneak in a simple 2 mile trail run.  At mile 1 I puked.

Doing much better today.  Arm is still screaming but manageable.  Front wheel being repaired and hope to be back in the saddle on Friday.
