Week of 4th Workout

Once again, I find my legs burnt up from snowboarding 5 hours on Saturday.  I did manage to get in a ride on Sunday, although only 1 hour.  I was suppose to do 2 more hours, but my legs are done.  With that said,  I am trying to move my workouts to weekdays, however, you can adjust them to any day if you have weekends open.  I did add a speed and force workout, which adds elements from the Base 3 period.   It is those workouts I am going to consider optional, meaning if I need recovery time, then I'll omit those workouts.  Good luck this week.
