It's a room with a view. I've gone full out with a second laptop and 5.1 suround in the gear room to make those 3-4 hour sessions on the trainer easier. Well not easier just a little less boring.
Now pulling 540's is definatly going to take a toll on the body. Recovery week might be a better idea?
3-4 hour sessions. Holy moly how do you sit down that long on a trainer? I just bought some cheap sony speakers to plug in to my laptop since the speakers on my laptop are not very strong. Definitly not 5.1 though.
