Not much to say, I had a hard time getting on the bike. Tonight I did a pretty hard workout courtesy of Chris Carmichael. I did his CTS Aerobic Capacity workout. This workout takes about an hour and focuses on LT Threshold. Below is the workout routine:
10:00 warm up
3:00 Tempo (75 cadence at a 7 out of 10 intensity)
1:00 Steady State (90 Cadence at 7)
2:00 Recovery
10:00 Tempo
2:00 Recovery
10:00 Tempo
2:00 Recovery
4:00 Steady State
2:00 Recovery
4:00 Steady State
2:00 Recovery
4:00 Steady State
10:00 Cool Down
This workout was done on my roadbike on a trainer. Not very exciting, especially since my portable DVD player died on me. Stuck starring at a wall for an hour.
