Given my last post, my week did not turn out that good for training. I did get a 45 minute spin class in on Tuesday, which is good. I didn't get back on the bike until Saturday when I did a short road ride. My body was tired from lack of sleep and being emotionally drained, it was hard to put in a long ride.
Sunday I did a lap at CSGA, but that's it. I was suppose to do three to four laps, but again, body was too tired. I forgot how much thinking you can do while on the trail, so that kind of got to me.
I golfed 18 holes with my friends today. Felt good to get out and not really think about things. I will get back to training this week. Working on my weekly plan now.
