2006 Training Schedule

Or the lack of.  Zero structure.  I just drove to the mountain bike trail and rode as hard as I could, then drove home.  No interval training, no over/unders, nothing.  Just my little mini time trials.  This helped me in Iceman, given my strong improvement, but I will need serious structure if I want to break into the next level.
